Return Policy

RETURNS
CLD accepts merchandise for EXCHANGE ONLY, NO REFUNDS. To facilitate an exchange, please contact us at 347.934.2415 or by email at cld@cheelee.info, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items returned for exchange must be received exactly as they were sent; unworn and undamaged. We will not accept any packages without prior written authorization from CLD. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, and will send a prepaid label via email, in order to facilitate your exchange. Upon approval, and receipt of returned items, we will then issue a store credit (less all shipping charges) to be applied, toward another item. Custom orders and pieces that are sized or customized are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. CLD is more than happy to answer any questions you may have before making a purchase, so please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to cld@cheelee.info. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

PRICING
Prices on the website are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price; this simply reflects the market value of the raw materials, and does not mean that we have increased our mark-up. Care Instructions

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. As any other jewelry, the first rule applies here as well. Wear your 22kt Gold jewelry last, after you’ve used your perfume/ deo spray / applied your makeup or lotions & given enough time for them to get absorbed into your skin.

  2. Remove your jewelry while going for a workout or swimming as the body sweat, seawater (due to salt content), pool water (chlorine content) can damage the plating.

  3. Your 22kt gold micron plated jewelry should not come in contact with nail paints, nail paint remover, shower gel, shampoo etc as these will tarnish the jewelry.

  4. After every use, clean your 22kt gold micron plated jewelry with a very soft cloth to remove any dirt. If the jewelry requires deeper cleaning, use warm water, DO NOT use any cleaners.

  5. To Store, put each 22kt gold micron plated jewelry piece in an air tight pouch or wrap it in cotton cloth and then place it in a separate compartment or box, separated from other jewelry pieces which can scratch the plated surface easily, causing damages.

  6. It is natural for the outer layer of your jewelry to wear off with regular use. When the 22kt gold micron plating layer is thicker (which means it has a higher micron plating than 2.5) it takes longer to wear off. The beauty of owning pieces of jewelry that are micron plated is that they can always undergo re-plating at Chee Lee Designs, for less than the original cost of the item when it was first purchased.

About Micron Plating

Although Micron-Plating is very beautiful and can make otherwise exorbitantly priced items more affordable, you need to be extra careful while handling ANY 22kt gold Micron Plated jewelry, to ensure use of it over time, in its best condition.
